Kenny Ko, Esq.
Kenny is the managing partner of Kenny's IP. He is extensively involved in patent prosecution, nullification proceedings, patentability opinion, infringement and contract review for European, Asian and U.S. clients. Kenny was a semiconductor engineer prior to entering the legal profession.
Licensed to practice before SIPO, Kenny is heading the firm's Chinese practice team. Solidly trained in both civil law and common law jurisdictions, Kenny is in a distinctive position to step into the legal shoes of one side while explicating an issue arising under the other side.

Andrew Im, Esq.
Andrew is a partner of Kenny's IP. He has extensive experience in all aspects of patent and trademark law. He is well-versed in all aspects of prosecution and litigation and is experienced in licensing, technology transfer and the evaluation of intellectual property portfolios. Andrew is heading our U.S. and European practice team.
Prior to joining Kenny's IP, Andrew worked for over a decade for an international law firm in New York office. He worked as a research scientist at Bell Communications Research and IBM, and a Senior Technical Analyst for Salomon Brothers before entering the practice of law.
